“National cultural legacy between law and transgression” by prof. univ. dr. Ioan OPRIŞ – book launch

Tuesday, June 26th, 2018 at the Titulescu Foundation was launched the book of prof. univ. dr. Ioan Opriş, “National cultural legacy between law and transgression” published by Stefadina Publishing from Bucharest. A few words concerning the book, more precisely the subject studied by the author, were said by acad. Răzvan Theodorescu, prof. univ. dr. Ionel Cândea, prof. univ. dr. Corneliu-Mihail Lungu moderated by the Fundation president, Adrian Năstase.
The book is a documentary incursion on the history of patrimony from the beginnings until our days, such as the first forms of organization, the impact of the political regimes which are extensively analysed. A fine connoisseur of the international and national regulations, the author brings forward the “cultural criminality” that take place in our days.
A manifesto that identifies the shortcomings and the dangers that threaten the cultural heritage of Romania while presenting solutions for them.
This book is welcomed by all the connoisseurs and should be made available to all the competent institutions and those responsible with not only the cultural, but also the political part of decision.
