Wishing to be prompt, based on our decades of experience in managing and processing documents, we have created a mobile workshop for archive processing DOCScan&GO.
DOCScan&GO supports the activity of lawyers, public servants and courthouses, in the most efficient way possible. Through proper document management, their research is improved, making requested documents be available in a shortest time possible.
From identification and physical document classification and binding, to digitalization, the operations are executed by our highly trained personnel. Our company is registered in the Register of Evidence of Personal Data Processing under the number 17824.
Document photocopying is performed by high speed scanners, front to back, auto-color and 300 dpi. White pages are automatically eliminated. Through our automatic character recognition process (O.C.R.), the digital document is converted into a .pdf searchable format. This way we can make automatic searches by introducing indexes from the text. The file is delivered by CD, DVD, HDD, email.
The documents are classified in document categories, archive units, sorted by years and retention period. These are ordered in a chronological, alphabetical, numerical or thematic way. After the scanning process, the folders are binded with plastic screws, rope and Loeff’s Patent binders. By request, we provide page numbering before or after the scanning process.
For document identification, our operators register in the system the following data: the creator, the content of the folder, extreme dates, number of pages. The document list and the inventory label are automatically generated by the computer system ArhivManager-Stefadina.
